Payouts are expressed as "to 1" (e.g., 5 means you get 5x your bet back, plus your original bet, for a total of 6x). The ante bet pays if your hand beats the dealer's qualifying hand (Queen-6-4 or better). Pair Plus pays regardless of the dealer's hand.
